Your Serenity is dedicated in providing quality care to clients in their own homes. We aim to do this by providing bespoke services with specialist trained care workers.

What Makes Us Unique 

Care Workers are highly trained in moving and positioning techniques to enable them, with the right equipment, to carry out Double Handed packages, single handedly. This means that packages that previously needed 2 care workers will now be able to be carried out with 1 care worker but with the same quality of care. 

This will reduce care costs, make care less intrusive and promote continuity for the client. 

Client and Family-Centered Care 

One of our main focuses at Your Serenity is to try to meet the needs and wishes of our clients and their families. We are happy to do a free initial assessment of care needs and wishes to get to know and understand the clients before we start care.

Quality and Safety

In addition to the relevant training and qualifications you would expect from the healthcare professionals. We highly encourage all care staff to undergo further specialized training. Constantly reviewing our procedures and practices helps to maintain the highest levels of healthcare throughout our entire operation.
