Qualities Of A Good Care Worker

It is essential that you have a genuine care for others and good communication skills. Care experience is useful but not required as we provide full induction training with ongoing support.

Having access to transport would be an advantage but not a requirement and flexible availability would also be a benefit. We offer excellent rates, flexibility, training and all the support you need to support your career.

Flexible Hours

We offer flexible hours by enabling care workers to work schools hours, evenings, weekends and nights. 

Training 

As well as full induction training we offer long distance training courses, working remotely from home, completing online assessments through  The Skills Network.

We also offer opportunities for internal career progression. 

Support

We offer on-call support for out of hours, call monitoring systems set up as standard to ensure personal safety. One to one meetings as routine to discuss achievements and concerns within the role.
